Code of Conduct

As a member of Ascension Alliance, I agree to comply with the policies of the guild as outlined in the following Code of Conduct:

All members must read and abide by our Code of Honor and Code of Conduct.

There is no limit to the number of characters a member may have in the guild, provided each meets our Membership Requirements.

Members are encouraged to assist with recruitment by referring quality players to our web site and Membership Application.

Members agree to abide by our Loot Policy during guild events and raids.

Members agree to respect the leadership of The Council in all matters pertaining to the guild.

Members are encouraged to communicate any comments, concerns, or constructive criticisms in a private communication to The Council Forums.

Procedure for Addressing Misconduct

The members of The Council are pledged to uphold Ascension Alliance's Code of Honor and Code of Conduct. We must place our faith in their ability to resolve all matters for the greater good of the guild.

Disciplinary action for failing to abide by the Code of Conduct may include a written warning, suspension from events, request for public apology, or guild dismissal. Upon hearing the evidence, the members of The Council will vote on the appropriate action either within the Council Forums or at a meeting of The Council. A vote must pass with a 2/3 majority.
